Built database-driven workflows for case tracking, evidence management, status updates, and centralized administrative monitoring.

Built role-based access for citizens, municipality officers, workers, and administrators, enabling complaint registration, task assignment, garbage collection tracking, status updates, and progress monitoring. Implemented the frontend using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with PHP and MySQL for backend and database management.
