AI-Powered Candidate Evaluation System
Sole designer on RubiRecruit, an AI-driven recruitment platform. I redesigned the Chrome extension recruiters use to evaluate candidates and built two brand-new portals from scratch.

Problem:
The original 8-step extension flow mixed manual and AI-automated steps with no distinction between them, gave no progress feedback, and overused the brand color so nothing signaled priority. An Admin Portal and User Portal didn't exist yet.
Solution:
I restructured the flow into 4 clear steps with explicit guidance, built the Admin and User Portals from the ground up on one reusable design system, and unified color, components, and navigation across all 3 surfaces.
Impact:
Evaluation time cut by half, zero ambiguity between user and system actions, and two fully functioning portals delivered on a reusable foundation built to expand, not rebuild.

Problem:
Four disconnected brand sites had incomplete navigation, outdated UI, and no unified brand system, so visitors got a different experience on each one, with no clear path from landing to action.
Solution:
I rebuilt the navigation architecture, redesigned the visual language for an AI-forward positioning, mapped clear user journeys, established one design system across all four sites, and delivered fully responsive experiences.
Impact:
40% increase in lead conversion, workflow friction cut by 30% through embedded AI features, and 4x stronger brand consistency across all four sites.

Chat Assistant for Go-Karting Platform
Designing a conversational AI chatbot integrated into Kartclass's existing product, spanning web and mobile.

Problem:
The chatbot needed to fit into an existing product and brand without feeling bolted on, serve a niche go-karting audience, and work with no existing conversational pattern to build from.
Solution:
I designed the chatbot to extend Kartclass's product rather than sit apart from it, maintained full brand consistency, structured advice into 6 domain-specific categories, and defined a clear greeting-to-advice-to-follow-up conversation structure.
Impact:
A chatbot that feels native rather than bolted on, brand voice maintained rather than diluted, and one assistant equally usable across web and mobile.

Sole designer delivering 10+ product recommendation quizzes across international Shopify brands, from UX through front-end build.

Problem:
Every client brand had different goals, audiences, and products, so no single quiz template worked. Some brands had underperforming quizzes with low completion; others needed one built from zero.
Solution:
I designed brand-specific quiz logic for each client, rebuilt underperforming quizzes at the flow level (not just visually), designed new experiences from first principles where needed, and delivered every quiz fully responsive.
Impact:
45% higher completion on rebuilt quizzes, 30% lift in conversion through brand-specific logic, and 10+ quizzes shipped across international brands, proving the approach was repeatable, not a one-off.
