Ilia Kozlianskii's Work | ContraWork by Ilia KozlianskiiIlia Kozlianskii

RevTrace: version control built into Altium Designer. I conceived and built it alone in C#/.NET to replace a team habit of storing full project copies in Google Drive. Engineers commit revisions, branch from any earlier project state, compare revisions visually and restore selected changes without rolling back the whole project. I did the architecture, Altium integration, revision logic, comparison and restore mechanisms, installer and workflow. Adopted by all 5 engineers on my former team and still in use after I left. Depthline: a 2.5D scroll-driven browsing engine. Wheel, touch and middle-button input moves you through a tunnel of layered pages. I wrote the engine in plain JavaScript and CSS transforms: separate target and smoothed positions for controlled input response, coordinated position, scale, opacity, blur and rotation, configurable tunnel length, depth, frame count and easing, and forward/return transitions for every input method. Self-contained, no build step. JP2P Domain Research: 25 years of a domain's history, rebuilt as an interactive archive. I collected registration and ownership signals, indexed public web-archive snapshots by date, restored selected historical pages for local inspection and kept verifiable evidence separate from editorial interpretation. The result is an editorial timeline from the first record through 2022, with dates and sources preserved for independent review. OSINT, web archives, data research, front-end presentation. GriffGuard: Linux edge infrastructure I designed and deployed. HAProxy owns the public TLS entry point and routes connections by SNI, Nginx serves the website and terminates selected TLS paths, and application services bind to loopback behind them, all centrally managed. Everything is containerized with Docker and installed through staged scripts for host preparation, installation, edge activation and verification. The public repository is a sanitized reference with no credentials, addresses or certificates.
