3D Pixar-Style AI Animated Fruit Characters This project focused on creating a series of short-form, Pixar-inspired 3D AI animated videos that use expressive fruit and vegetable characters to tell the powerful historical stories of the Cimarrones (Maroons)—African slaves in Panama who fought for freedom. The client's objective was to make these stories emotionally compelling, easy to understand, and highly engaging for audiences on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Each 30–60 second video featured anthropomorphic characters such as mangoes, plantains, and coconuts placed in cinematic settings including dense jungles, daring escape routes, survival scenes, and dramatic battles. Every episode was designed with a strong opening hook, fast-paced editing, emotional storytelling, and subtitles to maximize viewer retention and shareability in a vertical 9:16 format. A key challenge was presenting sensitive historical events in a respectful yet accessible way while maintaining the playful visual style of animated fruit characters. This was addressed through thoughtful storyboarding, expressive character performances, cinematic lighting, and carefully balanced pacing that preserved the emotional impact without diminishing the significance of the history. The final deliverables were social media-ready 1080 × 1920 vertical videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels, combining high-quality 3D animation, and engaging storytelling.

Tara: The Finding Queen — Episode 1 Tara: The Finding Queen is an original 3D animated fantasy story created as the first episode of a cinematic fairytale series. I developed the story concept, characters, scene direction, visual style, and AI-generated animation prompts to create a colorful and engaging cartoon experience. The episode follows Tara, a kind young girl who is treated unfairly by her stepmother and stepsisters, until the spirit of her mother appears and gives her a magical transformation and a beautiful horse to take her to the royal palace.
