Built and optimized a multi step Klaviyo Welcome Series for a Shopify ecommerce brand to nurture new subscribers and move them toward their first purchase. The automation uses strategic time delays, social proof, brand-story messaging, incentive reminders, and personalized customer journeys. I handled the flow structure, automation strategy, email sequencing, timing, and Klaviyo setup to create a stronger foundation for engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
