Beyond simple logging, the platform features a diagnostic suite that calculates essential biometric indicators such as Body Mass Index (BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) using the highly accurate Mifflin-St. Jeor equation, and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). With its elegant, glassmorphism-inspired UI and intuitive data visualizations, VitalPath empowers users to understand their physiological baseline, track weekly cardiovascular trends, and receive actionable insights to optimize their recovery and overall well-being. All data is securely persisted locally to ensure privacy.
