Booking: Acuity Scheduling for same-day skills checks with instant payment, and the Hovn platform for multi-session courses with live pricing
AI search: an llms.txt file and course schema so AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) can read the site accurately, plus cleaned-up address details for all three locations
Email & DNS: hosting migration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and a fix for a mail-routing error that was rejecting customer inquiries
