I built a collaborative pixel art town that folds itself into 3D. It's called Paper Town.

Here's how it works: you get a 16×16 pixel grid. Draw anything — a pattern, a face, your mood, whatever. Pick a building shape. Then watch your flat drawing fold up into a 3D isometric building, like paper rising off a table.
Your building lands on a shared town map. Zoom out and you'll see dozens of other people's pixel art sitting next to yours as buildings. A heart pattern cafe. A striped tower. Something completely unreadable that somehow works.
You can also frame any view as a postcard — your pixel art becomes the stamp in the corner.

Mori is a small animated desk companion with a focus timer, lightweight task list, and simple wellness rings for breaks, water, and movement.
It’s made for people who mostly work alone, like remote workers, students, and freelancers who want gentle structure without a heavy dashboard.
The design is calm and minimal on purpose: roomy white cards, and one clear “today” view so Mori and the main actions (focus, break, hydrate) always stay front and center.
