Built the full growth infrastructure at Property Filter from scratch: +42% paying member acquisition rate per month, +36.6% contact database growth in 8 months, 28K+ HubSpot contacts managed.
This included: HubSpot CRM architecture, lifecycle stage mapping, lead scoring, automated nurture flows, SEO strategy (8,100+ monthly searches targeted), and a Canva design system that let the whole team produce on-brand content independently.

Led the full rebranding of SquadEasy from a generic team engagement platform to a focused B2B SaaS product. The trigger was a reverse funnel analysis that proved conversion was the bottleneck, not traffic. I ran the numbers, made the case to founders and investors, and owned the execution.
Result: x3 MQLs and improved conversion rate at every funnel stage. The rebrand changed how the market perceived the product and gave the sales team a sharper story to tell.
