Alma Collective, a fitness booking platform for the Greek market, was stuck: half-built by a previous developer, unstable, and nowhere near launch-ready.
I took over the codebase, stabilized it, completed the missing core flows, and carried it to public launch across web and mobile (React Native).
What shipped:
User app: discover and filter classes (yoga, Pilates, dance), book and pay per session, QR check-in on arrival
Partner portal: venue listings, class scheduling, payouts, subscriptions
Payments: Stripe with Apple Pay and Google Pay, pay-as-you-go and subscriptions

BioSonic is an AI-driven platform for analyzing bat acoustics used by research teams across Europe. I built the full web portal from scratch and transformed it into a high-performance, scalable system capable of handling multi-terabyte datasets.
My role covered full-stack development, infrastructure optimization, and performance engineering. I optimized Supabase RPCs and SQL queries, achieving 5× faster data retrieval and 240% faster file loading, while stabilizing AWS services to eliminate downtime. I also enhanced the SQS-based job distribution system for parallel data processing and implemented EC2 monitoring tools for better reliability and proactive scaling.
This project showcases my ability to own complex systems end-to-end, improve large-scale performance, and deliver production-ready solutions under tight deadlines, all while maintaining clear communication and client satisfaction.

Social Followers is an e-commerce platform built to sell social media marketing packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The business needed a fast, low-risk way to validate demand and start taking orders before investing in full supplier automation. I delivered a focused first release with a service catalog, guest and registered-user carts, price-locked checkout, Stripe payments, order tracking, an admin fulfillment dashboard, wallet refunds, and queued email notifications. The system is also structured for future integration with external service providers.
I built the platform with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Stripe, Tailwind CSS, and Jest. Verified Stripe webhooks are the source of truth for payments, while database transactions and idempotency controls prevent duplicate payment attempts and orders. Item-level state management supports partial fulfillment and automatic wallet credits when a service fails. I also implemented JWT authentication, role-based access, email verification, password recovery, rate limiting, localization, responsive interfaces, and automated tests for the main purchase flow and edge cases.

A wholesale business was managing stock, customer ledgers, and profitability across disconnected spreadsheets. I built a production inventory and accounting system that now supports its daily operations, then added an agentic AI assistant for natural-language business intelligence.
I developed a custom MCP server that gives Claude secure access to the live database. The owner can ask about stock levels, sales trends, customer balances, or profit by product and receive answers grounded in actual business data, without manually building reports.
The system includes the complete order and inventory lifecycle, transaction ledgers, automated financial reporting, and a Claude-powered AI assistant connected through MCP. It brings operations, financial data, and real-time insights into one practical business platform.
