Social Followers is an e-commerce platform built to sell social media marketing packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The business needed a fast, low-risk way to validate demand and start taking orders before investing in full supplier automation. I delivered a focused first release with a service catalog, guest and registered-user carts, price-locked checkout, Stripe payments, order tracking, an admin fulfillment dashboard, wallet refunds, and queued email notifications. The system is also structured for future integration with external service providers.

I built the platform with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Stripe, Tailwind CSS, and Jest. Verified Stripe webhooks are the source of truth for payments, while database transactions and idempotency controls prevent duplicate payment attempts and orders. Item-level state management supports partial fulfillment and automatic wallet credits when a service fails. I also implemented JWT authentication, role-based access, email verification, password recovery, rate limiting, localization, responsive interfaces, and automated tests for the main purchase flow and edge cases.
