A month ago, I started Morving Tech ApS.
It has already led to 4 happy clients who have trusted me with their projects, and for that I’m incredibly grateful. For me, this is a major milestone worth celebrating today.
So, what have I actually been working on?
SOSU Schools: Previously, they collected and set up data manually. Now, the entire process runs automatically through an API. Learn more on their website:

Homie: A custom-built booking system that automatically suggests intelligent appointment times for customers, optimizing driving routes and reducing travel time. The app was tailored specifically to their unique workflow and includes an integrated AI agent that can also respond to emails.

SerazH: SEO consulting, backlink strategy, and video editing.

Confidential Project: I actually never thought I would be doing 3D work again. However, for this project, AI turned out to be largely useless, and traditional 3D design was the right tool for the job. The result was 7 impressive 3D renders and an animated 3D video to showcase the project. I can’t share the project itself, but you can see some of my previous work here: https://lnkd.in/eKbP_9GX

Sneak peak.. Administrative work in danger?
A customized emailing system that I'm building as part of a bigger project with a client. It uses AI to draft emails. (not finals)
The cool thing about this is that we are designing the AI to understand the whole business.
The AI can actually go into the system and understand the case.
Answer questions about bills etc.
The client has internal tools to tweak the models answers. So we continuously improve the accuracy.
You can choose which model to use. Free local & paid through API options
It can interact with the booking system, and automatically ask clients if they can reschedule if need be.
It can have customized tools, for custom tool calling. So the client can manage 80% of his business through oversight and prompting the internal tools.. Less manual work.
I think every single CRM system will have something like this soon... But the real value is the customization you can create. Every business has unique requirements. Plus when you build your own system.. You don't need to pay a subscription.
Unfortunately the rest of the project is secret - But VERY cool 😎

Don't pay for GSAP. Just use this instead if you have too.
So as many of you say say. Many SaaS's are dying and I think this is a pretty clear example... Back when I worked at Relax Gaming I worked on developing a tool for creating animation curves for animations. I spend quite a bit of time on it to be honest. Trying to learn all about Bezier curves and what not.
Fast forward until this evening I thought back on that project and you guessed it. Claude did it in a couple prompts. It creates a bit of a strange feeling. Thinking on just how hard it was to learn to code. But at the same time I think software development is changing and in many ways It's more fun than ever. It's becoming more about the goal and what you are doing and less about the syntax. Has it become too easy? Or is the hard part just a new frontier?
