Designed the consumer-facing homepage for Fairview Health (M Health Fairview / University of Minnesota system), integrating an AI chat assistant directly into the primary patient entry point for one of the largest health systems in the upper Midwest.
The design balances trust, warmth, and clinical credibility — a particularly difficult combination in healthcare AI, where patients need to feel both cared for and confident in the system's reliability.
Impact: Redesigned the primary digital front door for a health system serving millions of patients across Minnesota, with AI-assisted navigation as the centerpiece experience.

GE Vernova — Global Renewable Energy Customer Portal
Designed the B2B customer portal for GE Vernova, giving energy operators and utility companies unified visibility into their entire installed asset base across orders, service agreements, and open requests — all in one dashboard deployed across 140 countries.
The screen shown manages 309,382 installed assets spanning Power Transmission, Grid Automation, and Grid Systems Integration. At a glance, operators can see warranty status across 204K active assets, track obsolescence risk on 57K aging components, and action open service requests — work that previously required navigating five separate departmental systems.
The design challenge was high-density data at global scale: multiple business lines, asset lifecycle stages, warranty states, and documentation libraries, all needing to be scannable without requiring technical expertise. The solution unified cross-functional data access behind a clean information hierarchy, reducing the cognitive load of managing complex energy infrastructure.
Impact: Collapsed 5 departmental silos into a single unified interface, unblocking cross-functional data access for energy operations teams worldwide.

AmeriLife — Multi-Portal Insurance Agent Dashboard
Designed the unified agent experience for AmeriLife, consolidating fragmented portals across carriers, contracts, and policy management into a single operational hub used by independent insurance agents nationwide.
The dashboard shown surfaces what an agent needs to act on immediately — declined contracts, at-risk policies, commission earnings, and task priorities — without requiring navigation through multiple systems. Carrier contract and policy distribution are visualized side by side, giving agents instant portfolio awareness. The task list below ties urgency, ownership, and due dates into one scannable workflow layer.
The work began with discovery research and in-person executive workshops to align leadership on a unified product vision. From there: personas, journey maps, site architecture, rapid prototyping, and user testing across complex policy enrollment workflows.
Also delivered a Global UI Style Guide and Tableau visualization standards that shifted the product language from navigating complexity to executing strategy.
Impact: Reduced operational silos across a multi-carrier, multi-portal ecosystem serving thousands of independent agents across the US.

Designed the end-to-end experience for AT&T's internal AI analytics platform, transforming a reactive chatbot into a proactive decision engine used by analysts and VPs across business units.
Key work included a "Today's AI Insights" feed that surfaces risks, opportunities, and watchlist items before users ask — eliminating prompting friction by 50%. The Risk Detail view shown here combines a trend chart, time-to-breach prediction, forecast bands, recommended actions, and a one-click "Generate Issue Brief" — collapsing what previously required multiple tools into a single actionable screen.
Also designed the AI Design System behind it: response states, confidence indicators, data visualization standards, and engineering handoff documentation ensuring 100% visual consistency at scale.
Impact: 40% reduction in analyst data retrieval time. Role-based interfaces deployed across AT&T's Southern Region wireless operations team.
