Luxe House Cleaning is a self initiated website concept created to explore a more elevated approach to the typical home service website. The concept was designed around a fictional premium residential cleaning company, with a focus on making the experience feel polished, trustworthy and incredibly easy to use. I created the visual direction, website structure, responsive layouts, service presentation and customer journey from first visit through to requesting a quote. The design uses a warm neutral palette, editorial typography and clean layouts to give the brand a premium feel without sacrificing usability. This is an independent concept project created to demonstrate my approach to small business web design and responsive UX.

Cover image for Verelli Studio is my own
Verelli Studio is my own web design studio, so this project gave me the chance to build the entire online experience from the ground up. I handled the strategy, brand direction, website design, structure, responsive experience, service presentation, SEO foundations and development. The challenge was creating something that felt clean and polished without looking like every other web design studio online. It needed personality, but it also needed to make what I offer incredibly clear and guide potential clients toward actually starting a project. Every section has a purpose, from the service structure and portfolio to the calls to action and mobile experience. The result is a fast, modern website that represents both my design style and the way I approach client work: strategy first, strong design, and no unnecessary fluff.

Cover image for Website design and creative direction
Website design and creative direction for the launch of Women Who Don’t Sit Still, built under my Ride Like a Lady brand. Because this was a book website, the goal wasn’t to simply put a book cover on a page and add a buy button. I wanted the website to feel like an extension of the book itself... bold, gritty, feminine and a little rebellious. I created the visual direction, page structure, responsive layout, book presentation and calls to action, while carrying the existing Ride Like a Lady identity throughout the site. The result is a focused author and book website that gives the book its own world while making it easy for readers to discover the story, learn about the author and find where to buy it. Designed by Verelli Studio.

Cover image for Website concept and redesign for
Website concept and redesign for Mad Props Marine, a marine service company in BC. The goal was to take an outdated online presence and completely rethink how the business could look and feel online. I created a bolder, more modern direction that fits the marine industry while still making the site easy to navigate and actually useful for customers. This project included the overall creative direction, website design, layout, mobile experience, service presentation and calls to action. A good website shouldn't just look better. It should make the business look as good online as it actually is in real life.
