Fixes the follow-through: A dispatcher dashboard shows every job and new lead pre-qualified (problem, urgency, location, requested time), with emergency jobs auto-surfaced to the top and a one-click confirm — cutting out the manual phone interview entirely. A simulated automation timeline handles booking confirmation, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, and post-visit review requests. Before → After: Before: Phone tag, incomplete information, manual scheduling, emergencies interrupting an already-booked day. After: Qualified request → automatic urgency triage → available technician → confirmed appointment — with zero manual back-and-forth from either the customer or the owner.
