WhatsApp AI Assistant & CRM Integrator for Healthcare: Developed a fully automated, 24/7 WhatsApp AI assistant tailored for a clinical environment. This system acts as a first line of communication, instantly answering patient inquiries using a highly accurate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system loaded with specific clinical data. Beyond answering questions, the bot is designed for seamless operations: it qualifies leads, automatically registers them into an Airtable CRM, and features a smart "pause" mechanism to smoothly hand over complex conversations to human agents. I also implemented scheduled maintenance workflows to ensure API sessions remain stable and clean.

Advanced AI Chatbot with Automated Data Sync for E-commerce: Developed a smart virtual assistant for an apparel company, designed to automate customer support and inquiry management. This chatbot doesn't just answer FAQs based on static documents; it dynamically checks inventory and order status in real-time through seamless database integrations. I also engineered an automated knowledge-updating system: whenever the client uploads new catalogs or spreadsheets to Google Drive, the AI instantly learns the new information with zero manual intervention.
