We brought Nikas on two months ago because we needed design help badly. No in-house designer and our marketing stuff was looking rough lol. He got up to speed fast, asked good questions, and started delivering solid work without a ton of hand-holding. His email, sales & marketing collateral, and web designs have all been great. Easy to work with and takes feedback well. If you need a designer who can jump in and make your life easier, highly recommend.
I had collaborated with Nikas on the Vinted icon library project to reflect our new brand direction. Nikas was tasked to scale our iconography with oversight by our internal design team. The process had some learning curves but Nikas delivered an impressive number of 400+ icons.
