Neon Shooter
A retro neon arcade space shooter that runs in the browser. You fly a ship, aim with the mouse, and fight through five levels of enemy waves, each ending in its own multi-phase boss. It's all built from scratch on a plain canvas. No game engine, no libraries, no image or sound files.

Polymarket Smart-Money Alert Bot
This watches the best traders on Polymarket and tells me when they agree. It rebuilds each trader's real track record, works out who's actually skilled versus lucky, and sends me a Telegram alert when six or more of them independently pile into the same outcome. It doesn't place trades, it just flags where there's an edge worth a look.

Review Engine
When a tech finishes a job, they text "DONE" with the customer's number. A while later the system texts that customer and asks for a rating out of 5. Happy customers get sent to Google to leave a public review. Unhappy ones get routed to a private form that emails the owner instead, so the bad experience gets handled quietly instead of posted online.

Speed to Lead
When a call to a service business goes unanswered, this texts the caller back within seconds and runs a real back-and-forth over text, powered by Claude, to answer their questions and qualify the lead. If someone texts an emergency like "no heat" or "gas leak," it flags the owner right away, and every morning it emails the owner a digest of who called and what happened. Built as a template, so it drops onto a new client by changing one config file.
