SR CHOICE (https://srchoice.grok.me) started as a mark, not a logo. Four corners and a pulse — a scanner, not a letter. From that geometry came the whole house: black ground, signal orange, halftone as unit, color grade as mood.
Drop 01 SIGNAL is the first frequency. Ten pieces — hoodie, tee, bomber, cargo, cap, track, crew, longsleeve, tote, overshirt — photographed and merchandised as archive, not catalog. The site is the storefront and the manifesto: full-bleed campaign, editorial lookbook, drop filters, persistent cart, Google / X accounts, wishlist, and order history.
I designed the system, wrote the voice, art-directed the campaign, and engineered the shop (React, TanStack Start, Tailwind).
One frequency. Limited run.

PropertyOps by Evox is a property management system built for rental coordinators in Mexico. This update implements the approval workflow Eric Moore suggested — the expense flow now shows evidence, a clear review step, and exactly what changes after approval.
The guardrail is now visible: no expense reaches the owner's monthly report without passing through an explicit approval with coordinator name and timestamp. Pending charges are clearly separated from approved ones in the report.
Built with Node.js, Express, SQLite, and deployed on Linode via Docker. Auth is local with HttpOnly session cookies. No third-party platforms.

Evox PropertyOps (Phase 1) is the foundational MVP for a modern property management ecosystem, built on top of an existing agent-API marketplace. It features a protected tRPC dashboard that allows authenticated users to manage properties, track tasks, upload evidence, and process expenses with human-in-the-loop approval workflows. Designed for high-speed deterministic demos, this first slice establishes the core domain logic and UI, laying the groundwork for a scalable, multi-tenant architecture using Drizzle and MySQL.
