PropertyOps by Evox is a property management system built for rental coordinators in Mexico. This update implements the approval workflow Eric Moore suggested — the expense flow now shows evidence, a clear review step, and exactly what changes after approval.
The guardrail is now visible: no expense reaches the owner's monthly report without passing through an explicit approval with coordinator name and timestamp. Pending charges are clearly separated from approved ones in the report.
Built with Node.js, Express, SQLite, and deployed on Linode via Docker. Auth is local with HttpOnly session cookies. No third-party platforms.
