I owned the full process: strategy and information architecture, UX/UI and creative direction, development, and deployment.
Architecture: built on Next.js / React for speed and SEO, with a headless CMS (Payload) powering all content. The public site and the CMS run as separate services, so the front end stays fast while a non-technical team manages pages, media and structured content themselves — no developer needed for day-to-day updates. Custom content blocks (galleries, embeds, callouts) give editors flexibility without touching code.
Delivery: fast, mobile-first and SEO-ready, on a clean, spacious design system; hosted on Google Cloud behind a hardened reverse proxy with automated, safe deploys.
