I built automated project task boards
in both Monday.com (http://Monday.com) and ClickUp featuring
task owner, due date, priority and
status tracking in one organized view.
Each board includes an automation that
monitors task status and automatically
sends a follow up notification two days
before the due date if the task has
not been marked as completed — ensuring
nothing is ever missed or delivered late.
Both boards also feature visual insight
dashboards displaying project progress
through bar and pie charts giving
managers a real time overview of task
completion rates, priorities and team
performance at a single glance.

I designed and built a fully structured
CRM database in Airtable for startups
to manage their entire sales pipeline
in one organized system.
The CRM has three connected tables —
Accounts, Contacts and Deals — with
linked records, lookup and rollup fields
that automatically pull and calculate
data across all three tables.
Each table captures company name,
website, company size, location,
deal value, stage, close date and
status giving sales teams complete
real time visibility of every
relationship and deal in one place.

Built a centralized multi-brand operations dashboard in Notion for a client managing three e-commerce brands simultaneously across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. Designed a master database with task assignment, priority levels, due dates, and status tracking across all three brands in one unified workspace. Created multiple views including a board view grouped by status showing Active, Waiting, Needs Attention, and Completed tasks at a glance, a filtered Urgent Items view pulling every high priority task from all three brands into one place, and individual brand filtered views for focused single brand visibility. Built a Daily Snapshot summary giving the client instant visibility into total active tasks, pending items, and urgent actions across the entire operation without opening multiple tools or asking anyone for updates.
