One of the best parts of my book writing journey was working with Farheen as my children's book illustrator. She was incredible to work with. She so responsive, so supportive, and really brought a level of creativity that helped shape the entire feel of the book. The way she brought Lila, Pillow, and the world around them to life…it honestly exceeded anything I imagined. It truly felt like a collaboration where the story and the visuals were growing together.
