So I deleted my theme footer.
Now, this is a client job, so you can imagine how freaked out I was!
Here’s how we got here.
I was designing on WordPress, doing my thing, trying to deliver a quality site on time.
I had an issue editing the footer, so I decided to delete it and rebuild from scratch (something I’d been avoiding).
Lo and behold, I got the error that held me hostage for 2 weeks!
I tried everything. ChatGPT, YouTube, Elementor help sites but I just couldn’t resurrect my footer. It was so frustrating.
Then I had a groundbreaking idea. I’d tried it before and it failed, but this time it worked:
I switched to another theme, built the footer there, then switched back to Hello.
Brothers and sisters...
My footer is working! 🙌🏽
Just a few more tweaks and I’ll be sending a thank-you note to a happy client!
