Led a full website redesign and on-page SEO overhaul for a B2B freight and logistics technology platform serving the US-Mexico-Canada trade corridor. Rebuilt the site's information architecture around clear service pillars (freight brokers, carriers, shippers), simplifying navigation and surfacing key trust signals like enterprise client logos and performance metrics above the fold. Designed a modular, card-based layout to explain a complex multi-agent product (quoting, booking, dispatch, tracking) in a way non-technical buyers could scan quickly. Used a clean forest-green brand palette with strong visual hierarchy and high-contrast CTAs to lift conversion on demo/pilot signup flows. On the SEO side, restructured page titles, meta descriptions, and header tags around high-intent B2B logistics keywords, improved site speed and mobile responsiveness, and set up structured data for richer search listings. Result: improved organic visibility for cross-border freight and logistics search
