Every month, small businesses in Mexico drown in receipts, bank statements and SAT invoices. I built micfoai to turn that chaos into a monthly close. Snap a receipt → it becomes a categorized transaction. Import a bank statement → it's reconciled. At the end of the month, VAT, income tax and the DIOT are calculated and ready for the SAT portal. Built end to end: Node.js, SQLite, Stripe and the Claude API for the AI assistant. LAREO — Boat & Yacht Rental Marketplace (Web + iOS App) Designed and built LAREO end to end: a two-sided marketplace where travelers book captained yachts and boats by the hour in Mexico, and owners list and manage their fleet. • Web platform (lareo.mx (http://lareo.mx)) and native iOS app, live on the App Store • Real payments with Stripe: Payment Element, Apple Pay, 50% deposit links, commission split and host payouts • Booking engine with 2–14 hour trips and real-time availability • Host onboarding, verification, messaging and an earnings dashboard • SEO-ready pages with structured data and server-rendered listings • Over-the-air updates so the app ships fixes without waiting for App Store review Role: product design, full-stack development (Node.js, Express, SQLite), iOS build and deployment.
