For the Cantina Challenge, I created AURÉNE — Lash & Brow Atelier, a premium mobile-first booking experience designed around one simple goal: turning a customer’s “Can I book?” into a confirmed appointment with as little friction as possible. I wanted the experience to feel like the brand itself — calm, elegant, precise, and effortless. Instead of creating a traditional booking form, I designed the journey as a four-step guided experience. Users can quickly choose their treatment, communicate what kind of look they want, select their preferred details, and complete their booking without feeling overwhelmed. The experience includes: • A refined luxury visual identity for AURÉNE • Mobile-first responsive design • Four-step appointment flow • Clear treatment cards with duration and pricing • Guided treatment suggestions for users who aren't sure what to choose • A simple, intuitive confirmation experience • The ability to change the booking instead of starting over The design direction was inspired by the feeling of a high-end beauty atelier: quiet luxury, attention to detail, and confidence without unnecessary complexity. My focus was not just to make a beautiful booking page, but to design the entire moment between customer intent and confirmed appointment — making that transition feel effortless, polished, and human. Built with Lovable. Designed with UX, UI, branding, and interaction in mind.

✨ AURÉNE — Lash & Brow Atelier For this challenge, I wanted to redesign one of the simplest — but often most frustrating — customer journeys: booking an appointment. The problem A customer starts with a simple question: “Can I book an appointment?” But turning that question into a confirmed booking can involve unnecessary back-and-forth, unclear availability, too many fields, and uncertainty about whether the appointment was actually confirmed. The solution I created AURÉNE, a premium lash & brow atelier with a focused four-step booking experience: 01 — Choose a treatment Customers can quickly compare treatments, duration, and price. 02 — Choose a date & time Availability is presented clearly so the customer can make a decision without unnecessary friction. 03 — Enter details Only the information needed to complete the booking is requested. 04 — Confirm The journey ends with a clear confirmation card showing exactly what was booked — treatment, date, time, duration, and price. UX direction I wanted the experience to feel as premium as the service itself: minimal, elegant, calm, and effortless. Every step has one clear purpose, strong visual hierarchy, and an obvious next action. The customer always knows where they are in the process and what happens next. The result is a booking flow that turns:“Can I book with you?” → “You’re booked.” Built with Lovable ✨
