I've launched the Student Course Management System project, which I've been working on for some time, into the live environment. In this project, I focused not only on screen development but also on the data model, authorization structure, enterprise architecture, and the actual publishing process. The system I used: ASP.NET (http://ASP.NET) Core MVC (.NET 9) Entity Framework Core 9 Microsoft SQL Server Service-based business logic Role-based authorization and session management University-centric data architecture The system has separate workflows for the following roles: Project Admin Student Affairs Admin Teacher Student Featured modules: University, faculty, department, and branch management Course and course creation management Student and teacher management Grading processes Relative grading and ECTS-supported grading system Attendance tracking Weekly course grade sharing Password reset and user management On the technical side: Domain integration SSL installation Production database connections Live streaming process Secure configuration management I also had the opportunity to experience these steps end-to-end. For me, this project was not just a web application, but an experience of bringing a system from the idea stage to a live environment and thinking on an enterprise scale. 🚀 I've published my Marketplace Ops project publicly on GitHub. This project is more than just a classic mobile app; it's a modular and scalable operations panel designed to handle e-commerce and operations management end-to-end. My goal was to create a powerful product infrastructure that brings together scattered processes from order to warehouse, shipping to invoicing, channel management to analytics, all within a single structure. I developed the project using Flutter. On the architectural side, I used a feature-based modular structure, a repository layer, decoupled domain/infrastructure/presentation responsibilities, and a Riverpod-based state management approach. Centralized routing, a shared component structure, and a scalable module design made adding new workflows and expanding existing modules more sustainable as the project grew. On the backend side, I used Supabase. With authentication, database operations, session management, role-based access, a Postgres-based data model, Row Level Security, and RPC-driven workflows, I established a solid foundation in both security and business logic. Before public sharing, I cleaned up sensitive configurations and secured the repository. 🔐 Project scope: 📌 Order management 📌 Product management 📌 Shipping and delivery 📌 Channel integration logic 📌 Invoice and document flows 📌 Warehouse operations 📌 Stock movements, picking, and inventory counting 📌 User and role management 📌 Dashboard and analytics screens The warehouse and operations side, in particular, was designed with real-world needs in mind. I also designed the dashboard structure not just as a summary screen, but as a decision-support layer. Managing speaking order fairly and quickly in crowded halls is a much more difficult problem than it seems. Who raised their hand? Whose request to speak was overlooked? How can the moderator manage this order in an organized manner? I want to share my open-source project that I developed based on this problem: RaiseTrack AI RaiseTrack AI is an AI-powered system that aims to anonymously identify participants who raise their hands to request the right to speak in conference halls, city councils, classrooms, and large meeting areas, and to create a live speaking order for the moderator. The most important principle in the project was Privacy-by-Design. The system: Does not perform facial recognition. Does not track personal identity. Does not record images, videos, or base64 data. Works only with anonymous zone, coordinate, and speaking order metadata. Technologies I used: Python, FastAPI, OpenCV, MediaPipe, Pydantic, Vanilla JavaScript, Canvas Overlay, WebSocket/Polling fallback. The project is currently an open-source demo MVP at the release candidate level, having passed over 1100 tests. I want to share my personal mobile application project that I've been working on for a while: ARCA TRIBUNE 🔴⚫ ARCA TRIBUNE is an independent portfolio and pilot application study I developed for Arca Çorum FK, sponsored by Arca Defense Trade Ltd. Co., to demonstrate how the fan experience can be redesigned in the digital environment. This project is not the club's official application. With Çorum FK's promotion to the Süper Lig, I asked myself this question: "Can I gather everything a fan might need on matchday in a single mobile application?" Based on this idea, I designed an end-to-end mobile experience with Flutter. Within the application; 📅 Fixture and match tracking ⏳ Matchday countdown 🏟️ Stadium information 🌦️ Weather integration 📰 News feed 📊 Standings 👥 Squad screen ⚽ Live match center 🌙 Light and dark theme support These features are included. On the technical side, I used Flutter, Riverpod, Supabase, SharedPreferences, and Open-Meteo services. I worked on data security, user experience, theme management, and offline scenarios.
