I designed one referral form that serves every school through its own unique link and QR code, keeping each school's identity separate. All submissions land in one spreadsheet with therapist assignment and consent tracking built in.
I automated a manual meeting-request process. The system cleans up school names, matches each request to the right providers, drafts the reply, and generates calendar holds, so requests meet a 48-hour response standard, reducing response time to less than one business day.
I designed an automated referral system for a school-based mental health program. Online referrals auto-assign a primary and backup therapist, sync into each therapist's caseload tracker, and feed a consent follow-up process and a pipeline dashboard.
I planned and ran the logistics for a multi-site summer mental health program launch. I built the zone-based master schedule that assigned providers by area, and I handled provider logistics and communication with district stakeholders.
