Youth Ideas at Work (YIAW)— Agile Governance and Roadmap
Youth Ideas at Work (YIAW) needed to organize and scale its initiatives (platform, sponsors, UX, security, marketing, and support) with a repeatable execution system. BĒ Management Services® designed an end-to-end operating model: assessment (stakeholders, SWOT, risks), governance and an Agile/Scrum approach, objectives, roles (RACI), and prioritization.
The outcome was an actionable roadmap and implementation plans across key workstreams: student–corporation collaboration, backlog (tooling, data security, UX), SEO/social media, ITIL Service Desk processes, and customer support with a chatbot.

TDI Programme — Digital transformation of import and export
BĒ Management Services managed the TDI Programme alongside Miebach for Aeropuertos Argentina Cargas, implementing Infor WMS and SAP S/4HANA with an approach aligned to PMI and with the participation of certified consultants from BĒ Management Services.
