I Built a full end-to-end grant management system and honestly it's one of my favourite builds so far.
Here's how it works:
Someone fills out an interest form → the system scores it automatically and sends an approval email to qualified candidates → approved candidates get a personalised application form with their name on it.
Every record gets logged in Airtable with an idempotency check so no duplicate entries ever sneak through.
Once they fill the application form, it flows straight into Monday.com (http://Monday.com) with an AI-generated summary of each candidate or business already attached. The team doesn't have to read through everything manually, they just review the summary and change the status to approve or reject.
That status change triggers the final scenario. All onboarding materials get sent automatically.
Zero manual sorting. Zero chasing. The system just handles it.
