ACTADIUM is a hotel management dashboard powered by AI, built using the ShadCN design system for a modern and consistent interface. The dashboard delivers real-time insights into bookings, staff operations, and total conversations, while featuring AI agents like Front Desk Assistant, Support, and Healthcare Check-In. It also provides tools to create AI agents, generate AI voices, and run batch calls. My role focused on designing a clean, intuitive experience that enables hotel managers to understand data quickly, make informed decisions, and optimize operations seamlessly across devices.

I run UX audits that surface trust and credibility gaps quietly killing conversion. This project: a self-initiated audit of InstantTaxID, a paid EIN-filing intermediary whose site had duplicated testimonials, contradictory trust badges, and mismatched contact info across 8 pages. I diagnosed the issues, restructured the IA from 8 pages to 4, and designed wireframes through final mockups to rebuild trust and clarity. Not affiliated with or endorsed by InstantTaxID.
