This internal tool supports NOC teams during massive network outage scenarios, where large volumes of alarms are generated simultaneously. It allows operators to paste and process raw alarm data, organizing it into structured tables by technology (UMTS / LTE) and key operational attributes. Once processed, the information can be filtered and grouped to identify impacted zones and affected areas, transforming fragmented alarms into a clear operational view of the incident scope. Based on this consolidated view, the tool enables the generation of concise, standardized notification messages, ensuring timely and consistent communication with critical operational areas. The objective is to reduce analysis time, minimize manual consolidation effort, and improve coordination and situational awareness during high-impact network events.
