A Riga IT consultancy stuck on a broken website-builder template — invalid SSL, a 60-family font load, machine-templated copy. I rebuilt it from scratch: twelve hand-coded pages plus a branded 404, a full “Trusted Classic” design system (navy, indigo, lavender), their real logo properly integrated, a live contact form, per-page SEO with structured data, self-hosted fonts, zero third-party calls. No framework, no builder, no lock-in — they own every line. Delivered with a guided handover walkthrough. Full case study: develop-ed.com/work/cityroamer (http://develop-ed.com/work/cityroamer)

develop-ed.com (http://develop-ed.com) — my own site. Hand-built with no framework and no build step. Everything in
static HTML, self-hosted fonts, zero third-party requests — which
is why it needs no cookie banner. Proof by construction rather
than a claim on a privacy page. Around eight requests on first
load, mobile-first, WCAG AA.

no framework and no build step. Around eight requests on first
