An SEO blog post for a fitness coaching concept, written for total beginners searching for a first-week workout plan. Structured around real search intent: a day-by-day plan, what to expect, common mistakes, and an FAQ with direct answers. Written in a conversational voice and edited by hand, so it reads like a person, not a template. Goal: help beginners start safely and keep going, while building trust with the brand.
