Lately, I’ve noticed a pattern in wellness conversations:
People aren’t lacking motivation.
They’re lacking regulated energy.
Chronic fatigue is often framed as a sleep or discipline issue — but in reality, it’s frequently driven by stress physiology, blood sugar instability, and a nervous system that never fully powers down.
I wrote a short, accessible piece exploring:
• why “just tired” isn’t normal
• what fatigue is actually communicating
• simple, body-supportive shifts that don’t rely on supplements
If you work in health, wellness, or education — or support clients who struggle with low energy — this perspective may be useful.

Hi everyone 👋
Glad to be here on Contra.
I’m a content strategist and ghostwriter based in India.
I spent 17 years in education, and it deeply shaped how I think about content.
One lesson stayed with me.
People forget facts.
They remember how learning made them feel.
That’s the lens I bring to my work now.
I help wellness practitioners share their knowledge in a way that feels clear and human.
Emails, blogs, and content strategy.
If creating content feels tiring or unseen, I’d be happy to help.
You can message me or explore my profile to learn more.

Hi everyone 👋
Happy to be here on Contra.
I spent 17 years teaching.
It taught me one big thing.
People don’t remember information.
They remember how you made them feel.
That’s how I approach content now as a Content Strategist and Ghostwriter.
I help wellness practitioners turn their knowledge into content that feels clear and relatable.
From emails to blogs to content strategy.
If your content feels invisible or exhausting, I’d love to help.
Feel free to message me or check my profile.
Looking forward to connecting 🤍
Sample patient handout: "When to Take Your Supplements"
The problem: Clients receive supplements, feel motivated, and then become confused about the timing.
This guide breaks it down simply:
Morning: B vitamins, Vitamin D, Probiotics
Afternoon: Iron, CoQ10
Evening: Magnesium, Omega-3s, Calcium
The rule: When in doubt, take it with food.
Why it works: Reduces confusion, improves compliance, and shows the practitioner cares about details.
This is patient education designed so people actually remember and use it.
