Turn a luxury, 100% hand-wash car spa into something people wanted to read about. The Process: From scratch, I developed their email and SMS strategy, wrote every word, and made monthly newsletters and weekly sms campaigns feel like a VIP experience (not another promotion). Tools I used: Google Docs, SquareUp, Monday.com (http://Monday.com), Canva Results: In just 6 months $0 → $30K in sales through storytelling, strategy, and consistent communication. Copywriting and email marketing that sells doesn’t shout, it speaks the language of your audience.
