Proposal Generation! Project goals: To quickly generate proposals based on call transcripts or user-input Solution: Based on Google sheets entry, information would be fed into OpenAI, which then generates very specific portions of the proposal. Then it would feed it into PandaDoc, and the link to the proposal would be pasted into Google Sheets for viewing & editing. Impact: Due to greatly increasing speed to lead, generating a full-on proposal in minutes after a meeting. Estimated revenue would be $4600 per month in additional deals!

Data Migration! Project goals: The idea was to have records from an external software platform migrated to Zoho CRM, this would allow for additional marketing automations to be done. Solutions: Google sheets + make.com (http://make.com) made this process a lot easier. All i had to do was filter the data, test the automationo for edge cases and then perform the migration. Impacts: This paves the way for marketing automations to be done from Zoho CRM. Estimated revenue would be more than $10K per month!

Project goals: Auto-creation of quotation for Customers & Staff to view Solution: Upon every submission, a quotation is generated via Zoho Books, then downloaded to Google Drive for staff to utilise. Automated Compliance! Project goals: To automate the capture of ALL data that flows through WhatsApp (Respond.io (http://Respond.io)), such that it is viewable to anyone. Solution: Data must not be missed out; the storage of data would be important. Google Drive was selected due to it's cost effective & secure nature. Impact: Ease of mind for my client, where in the case of any dispute, this automation puts their mind at ease.
