A few months ago, I started working on a school management product in Kuwait — from zero. The challenge was huge: everything was on paper. Teachers, students, and parents were used to manual workflows. No specs, no clear direction — just an idea. Over 6 months, we worked closely with the client, teachers, students, and even parents to understand the real problems and design a system that actually works. The result? A product with 3 main dashboards, over 200 unique screens, designed for students, teachers, parents, and school admins. A system that’s practical, scalable, and truly adopted by real users. The hardest part wasn’t the design itself — it was earning the trust of teachers, making them leave their old, familiar paper processes and embrace a digital workflow.

I Will Survive (Afro Soul AI Cover) — Music Visualization "I Will Survive" is an AI-powered visual reimagining of the iconic anthem, performed in a soulful Afro Soul style. This project explores the intersection of soulful musical rhythms and generative AI art, creating a vibrant, high-energy visual experience that breathes new life into a timeless classic. My Role & Process As the Lead AI Producer, I focused on synchronizing the visual "vibe" with the Afro Soul arrangement: Visual Strategy: Designing a unique aesthetic that reflects the warmth and soul of the musical cover. Audio-Visual Syncing: Crafting AI motion and transitions that respond to the rhythm and emotional peaks of the track. Creative Prompting: Using advanced descriptive prompting to achieve rich textures, vibrant colors, and authentic lighting. Quality Control: Implementing post-production workflows to ensure high-definition output and smooth visual flow.
