I built an AI-powered workflow for candidate screening in the hiring process. The workflow analyzes uploaded CVs and evaluates candidates based on role-specific criteria that you define in advance. Based on this analysis, candidates are automatically either shortlisted or filtered out. In this demo, shortlisted candidates are stored in Google Sheets for review. The workflow can also be extended to automatically send rejection emails to candidates who don’t meet the criteria. The result is a clean, structured shortlist of candidates who fully match the requirements, with significantly less manual work for the hiring team.

I created a workflow designed for candidate selection in the hiring process. It works by using AI to analyze a candidate’s CV and decide whether the candidate moves to the shortlist or not. It’s important to note that the AI follows the criteria you define for the position. This is a demo video, and for demonstration purposes I only set up candidate entries in Google Sheets. However, the workflow can also be configured so that candidates who do not pass the shortlist automatically receive a rejection email. As a result, you end up with a clear list of candidates who fully meet your defined criteria.
