I built an AI-powered workflow for candidate screening in the hiring process.
The workflow analyzes uploaded CVs and evaluates candidates based on role-specific criteria that you define in advance. Based on this analysis, candidates are automatically either shortlisted or filtered out.
In this demo, shortlisted candidates are stored in Google Sheets for review. The workflow can also be extended to automatically send rejection emails to candidates who don’t meet the criteria.
The result is a clean, structured shortlist of candidates who fully match the requirements, with significantly less manual work for the hiring team.

I created a workflow designed for candidate selection in the hiring process. It works by using AI to analyze a candidate’s CV and decide whether the candidate moves to the shortlist or not.
It’s important to note that the AI follows the criteria you define for the position.
This is a demo video, and for demonstration purposes I only set up candidate entries in Google Sheets. However, the workflow can also be configured so that candidates who do not pass the shortlist automatically receive a rejection email.
As a result, you end up with a clear list of candidates who fully meet your defined criteria.

Hi, I created a flow that is used for finding leads. For this demo, I set it up to search for CEO and CTO positions, but this can easily be changed to any positions you need.
All you need to do is send a message to the bot with the number of leads you want and the country. If you don’t specify a country, the system will automatically find random people with that position, since the search is done via Google.

I just recorded a short video showing how I find leads using a bot I built.
In this example, I’m using a Telegram bot, but the idea is much bigger than Telegram itself. The same logic can work with Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or any other chat-based interface. The same goes for storage: instead of Google Sheets, this can connect to any CRM or database you already use.
The goal is simple: reduce manual work and make lead discovery faster, cleaner, and easier to scale. Bots are just interfaces. The real value is in the automation behind them.
