I created a workflow designed for candidate selection in the hiring process. It works by using AI to analyze a candidate’s CV and decide whether the candidate moves to the shortlist or not.

It’s important to note that the AI follows the criteria you define for the position.

This is a demo video, and for demonstration purposes I only set up candidate entries in Google Sheets. However, the workflow can also be configured so that candidates who do not pass the shortlist automatically receive a rejection email.

As a result, you end up with a clear list of candidates who fully meet your defined criteria.

Another quick project ⚡️ but with a slightly different approach.

Worked closely with the marketing team on this one. We were building a landing funnel, but instead of starting from the lead magnet, we started from the end.

First, we created the full course page to test if the offer would actually be interesting for the audience. The page was used for ads, with a form to see if the program fits the user – and if the user fits the program.

Only after that, we built the checklist lead magnet funnel to bring cold traffic and warm it up before sending people to the course page.

Projects like this are always fun because it’s not just design – it’s real marketing logic, testing, and iteration 🚀

Building the course page first to validate the offer before creating the lead magnet is genuinely smart strategy. Most people do it backwards. This is design thinking meets conversion logic.
