For this project I handled the original music, sound design, and dialogue treatment, shaping a cohesive and engaging sonic identity that supports the visuals and enhances the storytelling. My goal was to give the video a polished, cinematic feel—balancing clarity in the spoken parts with dynamic sound textures and a tailored musical atmosphere. For this ReSound Project, I recreated the entire soundscape of the Audi Q-Series commercial spot from scratch: original music, sound design, dialogue processing, and final mix. I focused on giving dialogues the highest priority, alternating them with a musical background designed to support, not overpower. Sound design was used sparingly but purposefully, making key moments hit harder and reinforcing the overall message. I believe that a strong and effective audio language comes from assimilation of the vision, proper operative prioritization and careful post-production; where every element finds its place and narrative weight to elevate the brand. The goal was to create a sci-fi–style sound design by crafting custom audio for every tiny UI animation, enhancing each motion with rich and responsive sonic layers. Everything you hear was created from scratch using synthesis (mainly Phase Plant, if I remember correctly)

I created this resound to demonstrate a mix that aligns perfectly with standard cinema loudness requirements. In this case, I structured both the music and the sound design to leave proper space for the dialogue, keeping the entire mix around -23 LUFS. It may sound quieter at the beginning, but this is exactly how a final cinematic mix (dialogue, sound design, music, ambience) is expected to sound when delivered for Cinema. :)
