Built a cloud-based AI assistant workflow that handles incoming inquiries, drafts contextual replies,
and supports booking coordination with human approval before send. The system keeps persistent
context for services, tone of voice, and active follow-ups, so responses remain consistent over
time. Designed for daily operational use with clear approval checkpoints, auditability, and phased
expansion into CRM and reporting workflows.
