I have created the design for altystick.be, but also the plugin that lets the user create their own sticker.

The Unassisted Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) is a fully automated digital identity verification solution that allows users to complete KYC remotely without a live agent. It uses AI, liveness detection, and secure integrations to verify identity through video, ID capture, and biometric matching. The system guides users through permissions, data entry, document validation, and a real-time video session with PIN and face checks. AI-powered OCR extracts data from IDs, while facial recognition ensures identity consistency and fraud prevention. This approach improves user experience, reduces operational costs, and enables faster, scalable onboarding. Overall, it delivers a secure, compliant, and self-service verification process for businesses and users.

Developed a cutting-edge resume parsing application that leverages the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract information from resumes with superior accuracy compared to traditional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) methods. Key Features: LLM Driven Extraction: Utilized advanced LLMs to intelligently understand and interpret the semantic meaning within resumes. Structured Output: Transformed unstructured resume data into a clean, structured format for easy integration with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), databases, and other HR software.

Built DocuPow, an AI-powered document processing and audit platform that automates data extraction, validation, and workflow management. The system streamlines high-volume document handling with intelligent search, structured data pipelines, and real-time status tracking reducing manual effort and improving accuracy for business operations.

Day 9/30: VOLLENT A critical operational change should not become executable just because every message was delivered. VOLLENT is an operational acknowledgment interlock that keeps execution physically open until every required recipient acknowledges the exact active version. In this scenario, a venue load-in changes from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Three recipients have acknowledged it. Andre’s message was delivered but not acknowledged. So, the circuit stays open. Once Andre confirms the exact change: Delivery → acknowledgment → circuit closure → authorization → evidence receipt The signature interaction turns a missing acknowledgment into a physical gap. When the final recipient responds, the rails close, authorization becomes available and a version-bound receipt records the full sequence. SENT IS NOT SAFE. Delivery proves transmission. Acknowledgment releases execution. Built with React, Playwright, Remotion and FFmpeg. Communication channels are simulated in this working prototype, and the receipt tokens are deterministic demonstration artifacts rather than cryptographic proof. REHEARSAL: The Room Has No Chalk Some conversations stay with us for days before they ever happen. We replay the possible replies. We soften what we need to say. We search for the perfect sentence until the moment passes. As an introvert, I know that feeling well. So I designed REHEARSAL, a preparation room for difficult real-world conversations. Most AI tools try to write the sentence for you. REHEARSAL refuses. You write the reply you are afraid to hear. You write your first, instinctive response. You identify the reflex behind it. The room contributes one structural constraint not a replacement sentence. Then you write again, entirely in your own words, and say it out loud. The central rule is simple: You write both sides. This room never writes for you. The visual world is built around the idea of The Black Floor: one person draws both sides of the conversation, while the room is only allowed to mark a limit. No chatbot. No generated dialogue. No emotional score. No simulated person on the other side. Because the real conversation does not happen inside the product. Practice here. Speak there. Designed and iterated in Flowstep, then developed into a working React experience. A request does not automatically change an agreement. Scope Accord is a five-state interaction prototype designed around a common service-project problem: a client may hear “already included,” while the provider means “additional scope, cost and time.” The proposed change remains structurally outside the current agreement until both parties express the same understanding of its impact. One request. Two interpretations. One visible boundary. Designed and built with React, TypeScript, CSS Grid and Playwright. Live prototype: https://scope-accord.vercel.app

What can a website honestly know before someone steps inside the room? For Day 13 of my 30 Days of Real Business Problems challenge, I built BEFORE YOU CALL, an illustrative service-page prototype for kitchen-remodelling businesses working with older homes. The problem: Most service websites try to remove uncertainty as quickly as possible. But in renovation, some uncertainty cannot be removed through a form, a calculator or a polished landing page. Some things can be clarified before contact: — the kind of project — priorities and constraints — what information would help — how a useful first conversation could begin Other things still require someone to stand inside the space: — existing structure — plumbing and electrical conditions — measurements — previous alterations — how new work will meet what is already there The central interaction is a visual threshold between those two territories: WHAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND NOW and WHAT REQUIRES AN ON-SITE ASSESSMENT No instant estimate. No fake booking. No false certainty. The project was designed and built in Framer, then presented through an editorial montage made entirely from the real live interface. I also used the first version of my reusable Universal Poster Compiler to translate the same idea into a physical poster metaphor: a clean editorial surface torn open to reveal the building reality underneath. “Some things are only visible when we are there.” Live prototype: https://possible-place-516308.framer.app/ Day 13 / 30 Where should a service website stop simplifying and honestly admit that something still needs to be seen in person?
