This was supposed to be a sample. The client wanted to see what their brand would look like as a real commercial before committing to anything. Just a direction, a mood, something to react to. The kind of thing you usually keep rough because it's going to get torn apart in feedback anyway. I didn't do it that way. I built the full 30 seconds like it was already approved. Wrote the shot list properly. Sat with the lighting until the golden hour felt like actual morning light and not a filter. Held one color palette across every frame. Recorded the voiceover. Added the jingle at the end. They watched it once and said they didn't need a second concept. The sample became the ad. ☕🔥 The lesson I keep coming back to is that nobody can tell the difference between a sample and a final if you refuse to treat them differently. The moment you decide something is "just a draft," you've already lowered the ceiling on it. Clients feel that, even when they can't name it. So now I don't send drafts. I send the best version I can make, every time, and let them tell me if it needs to change. Has this happened to you? That moment where the throwaway version turned out to be the one? I'd love to hear how it went, because I think a lot of us are undercharging for work we're already doing at full effort. Concept, shot planning, prompt engineering, AI video generation, voiceover script, and sound design were all handled in house. Let me know what you think of the final look! 🚀

Created as an entry for the @RunwayBigAdContest (Brief #1: Vero Blood Orange Soda). This 30-second spec commercial subverts the classic desert survival trope. What opens as a high-stakes, life-or-death chase between an eagle and a weary meerkat shifts into a cinematic narrative twist: the predator isn't hunting the meerkat, it's after the ultimate oasis, an icy can of Vero Blood Orange Soda. Blood Orange: One Taste Worth the Chase. Concept & Storyboarding: Aligned the narrative with the brand's core identity. Sweet, tart, and a little complex; blending tension, expressive character beats, and visual humor. AI Asset Generation: Leveraged Runway's generative video tools to achieve consistent character styling, dynamic camera sweeps, and dramatic lighting across the desert setting. Post-Production & Assembly: Cut, sound-designed, and polished in Adobe Premiere Pro to ensure tight 30-second broadcast pacing and high visual impact. I’d love to hear your feedback on the narrative twist and AI execution. Comments and critiques are always welcome!

Building a high end brand used to require an entire agency, a massive budget, and weeks of studio time. In seven days, I used Envato as my end to end toolkit to build Fronno Pizza from absolute scratch. Developing the complete visual identity, packaging mockups, interior branding, and a broadcast-ready commercial. But raw generation is just noise until a human steps in to direct it. My primary "Human by Design" moment happened when AI broke down on narrative logic. When generating the commercial, the AI repeatedly rendered the gorillas standing upright in a neat queue, politely waiting for a table. Left to itself, AI gives you a literal, lifeless output. It took human instinct to recognize that a gorilla standing in line isn't just absurd, it's boring. I rejected the raw outputs, constructed character sheets to force visual consistency, established strict edit rules for the cuts, and built the chaotic story energy the campaign actually needed. The technical execution required the same refusal to compromise. Prompting the Fronno logo as a single unit caused the generated cheese pull to swallow the text every single time. Instead of settling for a flawed output, I used Envato fonts for the base typography, generated the cheese pull element separately, and composited the final vector artwork cleanly inside Adobe Illustrator. Across the project, I pulled from almost every layer of the Envato ecosystem: stock photos for the 20-pass mascot illustration, Envato Gen AI for texture and scene generation, Envato fonts for the brand design, mockup tools for the physical box, and Envato sound effects to drive the commercial's pacing. AI gave me the speed, but taste, technical intervention, and stubborn direction built the brand. A machine and a stubborn human in one week.😊 Here is Fronno Pizza.

A high-retention short-form edit created for an executive coach and public speaker. The objective was to transform a standard talking-head recording into an engaging, multi-layered social clip for LinkedIn and Instagram Reels without feeling cluttered or over-edited. What was done in post-production: Pacing & Audio Smoothing: Trimmed silent pauses and leveled spoken audio against an understated, inspiring background track. Card-Style B-Roll Integration: Designed custom rounded-corner video overlays to highlight key speaking points and maintain visual rhythm. Typography & Captions: Built bold, synchronized text overlays mapped precisely to the speaker's cadence for silent-scrolling retention.

eComrads — "Avatars for Ads" Feature Demo Role: AI Creative Expert & Video Editor Produced a 26-second product demo showing how eComrads turns a digital avatar and a rack of product photos into full fashion ad campaigns. The video pairs finished editorial-style AI outputs with the actual generation UI, walking viewers through the workflow upload avatar, upload product, generate while bold text callouts punch up each beat for a fast, social-first cut. What I did: Generated the AI fashion campaign outputs (avatar + product → editorial-style ad imagery) used throughout Structured the edit to alternate between finished creative and the underlying product UI, so the video doubles as a feature explainer Added and timed the bold typographic callouts ("You Won't Believe!", "Best for Avatars/Ads", "Create") to the cut Edited pacing, transitions, and final 1080p export, publish-ready
