AI agents are great until something goes wrong and a real person needs to step in. Most businesses running chatbots have no clean way to monitor what their agents are doing across channels, let alone jump into a conversation. A client reached out to me in need of a full stack platform that solves both of those problems. It gives them a dashboard to monitor all their agent chats across channels in one place, with a real-time takeover feature that lets humans step in and respond to escalated tickets without breaking the flow. The integration was built from scratch to make the handoff between AI and human as seamless as possible. Built with Next.js, Node.js, WebSockets, and more, this was one of the more technically interesting projects I have worked on, and one that genuinely changes how a team manages their AI operations.
