Car dealerships deal with vehicle catalogs from dozens of providers, each with their own PDF format, layout, and structure. Manually extracting specs, pricing, and discounts from those documents is tedious and error-prone.
A car dealership reached out to me to help fix this specific issue.
It ingests PDFs regardless of format, uses AI extraction to pull out full vehicle data, and loads everything into clean structured tables. The team can then review, edit, add missing entries, and export to Excel in a few clicks. Every file keeps a full extraction detail view so nothing gets lost or misattributed.
Built with Next.js, OpenAI, and AWS. Genuinely one of those projects where you can feel the immediate impact the moment it goes live.

AI agents are great until something goes wrong and a real person needs to step in. Most businesses running chatbots have no clean way to monitor what their agents are doing across channels, let alone jump into a conversation.
A client reached out to me in need of a full stack platform that solves both of those problems. It gives them a dashboard to monitor all their agent chats across channels in one place, with a real-time takeover feature that lets humans step in and respond to escalated tickets without breaking the flow.
The integration was built from scratch to make the handoff between AI and human as seamless as possible.
Built with Next.js, Node.js, WebSockets, and more, this was one of the more technically interesting projects I have worked on, and one that genuinely changes how a team manages their AI operations.

Very exciting project done for an insurance company in Canada. This project involved design and full-stack development, as well as an AI workflow to generate recommendations for insurance leads based on a Health Questionnaire, AI match making and profile analysis, automatic lead messaging, etc.
A truly fun and remarkable experience, with big potential of impacting insurance processes worldwide.

Publícate is an outdoor advertising marketplace platform built to connect advertisers with outdoor ad spaces at scale. As a co-founder and core developer, I was involved from the ground up, handling everything from the design system and frontend implementation to database architecture, optimization, and third party integrations.
The platform was designed to handle a significant volume of listings, transactions, and analytics across a market that is still largely offline, which made the technical decisions matter a lot.
Built with Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with data analytics and several integrations woven in throughout. The kind of project that challenges you at every layer, in the best way.
