When I was developing the Aperire brand, I was thinking...how Aperire should taste like? Then I was like...how about let's make it!? 😂 Along with the brand, I have crafted a recipe that is ingredient-conscious, inspired by the Italian tradition of aperitivo and the art of fermentation.
