Kajabi Student Learning Dashboard | Liberty Training Academy Client Problem The learning experience needed to bring multiple parts of an online education business into one clear student dashboard. Students need to be able to find their courses, continue lessons, interact with the community, access resources, book coaching calls, and get support without having to search through different areas. What I Did I structured the Kajabi student dashboard around the learner's most important actions. The interface brings together: • Continue Learning with course progress and lesson information • Course Library for accessing available programs • Community for student interaction and discussions • Coaching Calls for additional support • Resources for downloadable learning materials • Support for account, course, payment, and technical questions • Quick Links for frequently used actions The layout also uses clear progress indicators and prominent continuation buttons so students can immediately understand where they are and what to do next. Outcome A centralized Kajabi student experience that connects learning, community, coaching, resources, and support in one organized dashboard.

I built the Kajabi side of her ecosystem — Mastery School courses, Theta Healing certifications, and the Own Your Power enrollment path — integrated with her existing WordPress site. The focus was a smooth handoff: students move from discovering a course on her main site into Kajabi enrollment and booking without friction between the two platforms. Result: a cleaner, simpler enrollment and booking flow across two connected systems.

Kajabi Website Design for a Global Speaker, Author & Culture Consultancy Brand Built the Kajabi website for Jessica Hickman, founder of Bullyology and a globally recognized speaker, author, and workplace culture consultant known for her "Upstander Economy" framework. The site needed to function as a speaker bureau page, a coaching/consulting funnel, an online academy storefront, and a media hub — all under one roof for a brand working across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. The build includes a keynote/speaking page, a dedicated coaching offer page for organizational culture work, an integrated online academy for course delivery, a media and press wall featuring logos from organizations like Bupa and government departments, book sales integration, and newsletter/survey opt-ins for ongoing audience research. Well-suited to authors, speakers, and consultants who need a Kajabi site that credibly serves enterprise and government-level buyers while still selling books, courses, and coaching to individuals.

I started building online courses during the COVID-19 period, when digital learning became more important than ever, then I was using Learndash plugin to build online course for the Dreamweaverhouse (https://dreamweaverhouse.com/courses/brain-retrain-primer/)via Wordpress. That experience gave me firsthand insight into what course creators need not just to launch a course, but to create something clear, engaging, and valuable for learners. Since then, my interest in online learning and course creation has only grown stronger. In 2025, I took that passion a step further by earning certification in Instructional Design Foundations and Applications, an online non-credit course authorized by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and offered through Coursera. Becoming certified in instructional design was a lovely and meaningful milestone for me. It gave me a deeper understanding of how to structure learning, improve course flow, and create better experiences for students. More importantly, it strengthened the value I bring to course creators who want more than just a course setup. They want a course that teaches well, feels professional, and helps learners stay engaged. Because I started building online courses from real-world experience and later strengthened that foundation with instructional design training, I bring both practical execution and learning strategy to the table.
